<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize adjustment of the resistance value, by forming a pair of terminal electrodes at an end portion on the surface of an insulating board with the spacing between the terminal electrodes varying continuously or gradually, and forming a plurality of band-shaped resistor films on the surface of the insulating board so as to bridge the pair of terminal electrodes. SOLUTION: After a primary glass protective layer 41 is formed on a plurality of band-shaped resistor films 2, a measurement probe of a resistance measurement device is abutted against terminal electrodes 3a and 3b connected to both ends of the resistor films 2. While the resistance value of a resistor film made up of the plurality of band-shaped resistor films between the terminal electrodes 3a and 3b is measured, the resistor films 2 on the upper side are scanned for a predetermined quantity by irradiation with a laser beam through the primary glass protective layer 41. Thus, the resistor films 2 are cut by an adjustment groove 5a and the resistance value derived between the terminal electrodes 3a and 3b can be minutely adjusted. When the resistor films 2 on the lower side are scanned for a predetermined quantity by irradiation with a laser beam, the resistor films 2 are cut by an adjustment groove 5b and the resistance value derived between the terminal electrodes 3a and 3b can be coarsely adjusted.</p> |
