<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the exchange of an ozone decomposing agent and to surely hermetically seal by placing a flange face of an inner cylinder, in which the ozone decomposing agent is packed, on a flange face of an outer cylinder with a gasket, providing a gasket on the flange face of the inner cylinder and placing a cap body thereon to integrally mount. SOLUTION: An introducing port 4 of an ozone-containing gas to be treated and a liquid discharge port 5 for water or the like generated in an ozone decomposing device 1 are provided at the lower part of the outer cylinder 2 of the ozone decomposing device 1 and a discharge port 6 for the treated gas at the upper part of the ozone decomposing device 1. The inner cylinder 7 is provided in the outer cylinder 2 and the ozone decomposing agent 8 is packed in the inner cylinder 7. The flange face 13 of the inner cylinder 7 is placed on the flange face 11 of the outer cylinder 2 with the inner gasket 12, the outer gasket 14 is placed on the flange face 13 and the cap body 15 is mounted on the outer gasket 14 to be hermetically sealed with a bolt. Further, an inside observation window composed of a transparent member such as a glass is provided on the outer cylinder 2 to enable to observe the ozone decomposing agent 8 in the inside.</p> |
