<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable winding and winding back for at least two wires, at the same time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with at least two drums 2, 3 which are capable of rotating, in each drums 2, 3, and at least one wire from among 4 to 6 can be wound and wound back therefrom. Each of drums 2, 3 has a drive mechanism connected such that the wires 4 to 6 are wound and wound back by both the drums 2, 3, and furthermore is provided with a device in cooperation with the drive mechanism for winding the wound back wires 4 to 6.</p> |
