<p>Multifunctional molybdenum compounds, which are the reactive product of molybdenum dithiocarbamates and (non-metal containing) dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphoric acids, and the oils that contain them are new compositions which are useful as lubricant additives. They impart to the lubricant formulations to which they are added low friction and excellent friction retention properties.</p> |
