LINING METHOD OF EXISTING PIPE, SAFETY ADMINISTRATION UNIT FOR LINING WORK BY THE METHOD, AND LIGHT TRAIN FOR UV IRRADIATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lining method, safety administration unit, and UV ray irradiation light train of a safe existing pipe that obviate the damage of fire caused in the curing process of a sleeve through UV ray hardening. SOLUTION: After a process that allows a sleeve 2 to be in installation close contact within an existing pipe 1, compressed air is sent continuously into the sleeve 2, the inner surface 2 of the sleeve 2 is surveyed by a TV camera 21 while permitting the TV camera 21 from its one end to the other end within the sleeve 2, and a UV irradiation light train 19 is introduced in the sleeve 2. After a confirmation process such as the damage of an inner film, resin leakage from the UV curable resin layer through the inner film damaged parts, sagging of the inner film, and extraordinary irregularities, and substantially the curing work is conducted by irradiating UV rays to the sleeve 2.
