<p>Compositions and methods are provided for inhibiting cell growth, inducing terminal differentiation and cancer therapy. The compounds provided are polypeptides and polynucleotides associated with terminal differentiation and growth arrest, as well as polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides. Vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds are also provided and may be used, for example, for cancer therapy. Such molecules may also be used, for example, to identify agents that may be used in vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions for cancer therapy. The polypeptides and polynucleotides provided herein may also be used as markers for diagnosing and monitoring the progression of a cancer in a patient.</p> |
