<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for medical use, that prevents an infusion solution from leaking and a syringe needle from coming off. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of lower metallic molds in a metallic mold are arranged on a circular stage. Processes are sequentially performed, i.e., the process for supplying an elastomer resin being a raw material in segmented shapes after being extruded from an extrusion machine onto the respective surfaces of the lower metallic molds at different positions on the stage, while rotating the stage; the process for enabling the lower metallic molds and upper metallic molds to directly apply pressure to the raw material inside the metallic mold by the approach of both metallic molds, filling the metallic mold with the raw material, while crushing the raw material, performing compression-molding of the raw material filled in the metallic mold constituted of the lower metallic molds and the upper metallic molds, and then, separating the metallic molds; the process for cooling molded stoppers; and the process for taking out the stoppers being the cooled mold products from the metallic molds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
