<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film produced from biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and phenylenediamine, having a specific thickness, a specific tensile elastic modulus, a specific elongation and a specific tear propagation resistance and having good supportability, tear resistance and flexure resistance. SOLUTION: This film is produced from biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhyride (derivative) and phenylenediamine as main components, respectively, and has a thickness of 5-150μm, a tensile elastic modulus of 750-1,300 kg/mm<2> in a case having a thickness of 5-50μm, 650-1,200 kg/mm<2> in a case having a thickness of 50-100 p m or 550-1,100 kg/mm<2> in a case having a thickness of 100-150μm, an elongation of 45-90%, and a tear propagation resistance (Elmendorf) of 350-1,500 g/mm in a case having a thickness of 5-50μm or 550-1,500 g/mm in a case having a thickness of 50-150μm.</p> |
