PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly input plural information by a simple operation while a compact and thin constitution can be easily obtained, and to obtain excellent waterproof. SOLUTION: A number of pulse detecting sensor unit 32 and a rotational direction detecting sensor unit 33 read an optical pattern having an absorption area and a reflection area formed on the lower face of a rotary basil, and generate pulse signals. Then, the rotational angle and rotational direction of the rotary basil are detected from those pulse signals. Also, the rotary basil is provided with a magnetic pattern, and an information signal generating part 81 generates an information signal based on the rotational angle and rotational direction of the rotary basil from a point of time when the magnetic pattern is detected by a Hall sensor 10. |
