PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of measuring urea in humor by a method using three kinds of enzymes of urease, glutamate dehydrogenase and glutamate oxidase. SOLUTION: This system comprises a porous composite metallic electrode fixed with a neutral carrier-type Na<+> sensor measuring Na<+> , glucose oxidase thereto for measuring glucose, and fixed with urease, glutamate hydrogenase and glutamate oxidase thereto for measuring urea, for detecting oxidation of hydrogen peroxide. Osmotic pressure estimated by using the sensor is compared with the result obtained by an osmometer to evaluate effectiveness of a measuring device of the physiological phenomenon by sensor fusion. |
