FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes, in addition to fluid therapy, operation of erythrocytopheresis during the first two days since the moment of trauma; removal, with the help of gravitation treatment of patient's extracorporeal blood, of 300 to 600 ml of erythrocyte mass, depending on initial hematocrit, and this volume is replaced per contiguitatem with infusion solutions. EFFECT: prevented disturbance of microcirculation due to setting up of isonormovolemic hemodilution. 1 tbl
