<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plate material for building by which a surface pattern can be securely retained while high productivity is maintained, and device therefor. SOLUTION: An uncured curable composition 11 comprising an inorganic curable material as a main constituent is previously heated by heating plates 9, 9' and is continuously poured onto a transfer conveyor 10. A pair of side belts regulate the flow width of the composition 11 and at the same time, the thickness thereof is regulated by smoothing rollers 12, 12' and a smoothing belt 13. The curable composition 11 is heated by heating plates 15, 15', and the smoothing belt 13 is previously heated by a heating plate 14 to promote the curing process of the curable composition 11. The surface of the curable composition 11 which is in a gradually curing process is embossed by a non- smooth face roller 16 and a non-smooth face belt 18. The curing process of the curable composition 11 is further promoted by heating plates 17, 17' and 19.</p> |
