<p>Profile for window and door frames, formed by an outer metal profile (1, 2), a plastic profile (3, 4), a resin layer (5) and an inner wood fillet (6, 7); the plastic profile (3, 4) is coupled to the metal profile (1, 2) thanks to two plastic wings (8, 9) and to two metal wings (10, 11); two more wings (15, 16) of the plastic profile (3, 4) have hook-bent ends so that they form channels; in the channel formed between the plastic profile (3, 4) and the wood filet (6, 7) resin (5) is injected and this resin (5) is fixed on the wood fillet (6, 7) and also covers the surface of the plastic profile (3, 4) and enters the channels formed by the wings (15, 16); the resin (5) does not fix on this latter profile but prevents it from detaching from the wood fillet (6, 7).</p> |
