PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a device with one hand and to facilitate an input operation outdoors by providing a holding part with which a body part can be held with one hand and forming a gap that is large enough for a finger to go through between the body part and a displaying part when the displaying part is opened. SOLUTION: Notches 1a and 3a are provided for the back of a body part 1 and the bottom of a displaying part 3 respectively and a gap that is large enough for a finger to pas through is made owing to the notches 1a and 3a with the part 3 open. A holding part 4 made of elastic material such as rubber is attached to the notch 1a of the part 1. The part 4 has such an inclined-face 4a where its distance from the front plane of the part 1 is shorter at the outer side than at the center part. Also, the notch 1a of the part 1 is provided with a connector 5 to which a peripheral device is connected and is connected to an electric circuit board inside the part 1.
