<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the adhesion of an implant by forming the major part of the outer surface of an intraosseous dental implant from by an almost cylindrical main body with a male screw and making the distal end, the base end, the moving range, and the main body part into respective specific radius to make the implant tapered to the distal end. SOLUTION: An uncoated self-tapping type thread 8, a through hole 9, and an inner cavity 12 to receive bone chips and liquid are equipped on the distal end of this implant. An uncoated neck part 3 is formed on the base end 5. The distal end 10 and the base end 5 are made into an average R1 value up to about 10 micron. A moving range 15 and the main body part 16 are formed in between the distal end and the base end. The average R1 value of the moving range 15 is made about 15-20 micron. A part of the main body 16 between the moving range 15 and the distal end 8 is coated with hydroxyapatite or the average R1 value of the uncoated part is made about 25 micron. The adhesion of the implant can be strengthened by forming the implant tapered toward the tip end.</p> |
