EVALUATION VALUE CALCULATION SYSTEM/METHOD IN PRODUCTION LINE SIMULATOR AND ITS CONTROL PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the evaluation value of a parameter based on actual data by comparing a difference between a second center value and a first center value with a small reference value which is previously decided and is approximated to zero. SOLUTION: The number (n) of data in an objective category is obtained (S1), A sorting means 200 executes a sorting processing in a numerical order (S2). A center value means 300 obtains a center data value A in the whole number of data (S3) as the result of sorting. A section setting means 400 sets a section containing the center value A (84). In the setting, data with which the absolute value of the difference with the center value A becomes smaller are detected and the section where the number exceeds the half of the whole number of data is decided. A center value means 500 obtains a center value B being a new candidate value from data in the decided section (S10). An evaluation means 600 judges that the center value B is an evaluation value (S13) when the difference between the first center value A and the center value which is newly decided is smaller than a reference value which is previously decided and is approximated to '0' as much as possible (S11).
