<p>PURPOSE: To prevent filter dust knocking phenomenon by integratedly connecting a filter to a supporting material by a filter supporting material which is hung over in the arranging flame of a filter. CONSTITUTION: An air filter device 110 is composed of an outer flame constructing material 111, a filter supporting material 112 and a filter 113, and dust in air which is led to an engine and is eliminate so as to improve intake efficiency. The outer flame constructing material 111 is made of a synthetic resin such as polyurethane or rubber, the filter supporting material 112 is made of a synthetic resin such as nylon, the filter 113 is made of a porous resin such as polyurethane form. In the air filter device 110, a step difference shaped cramped part is provided with on the outer circumferential part of the outer flame constructing material 111, and the cramped part is held between upper and lower cases of an air cleaner case. The filter 113 is supported to the filter supporting material 112, and the filter 113 is integratedly connecting to the filter supporting material 112 by means of adhesion and the like.</p> |
