SOLUTION: Cooking utensils 10 include an input means 32 for inputting data and a communication means 28 that is constituted so that it is connected to a communication network such as the Internet for communicating between the above cooking utensils 10 and a remote facility. The above system provides electronic banking facilities, electronic shopping facilities, and electronic mail facilities in a home environment.
