PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valuable microorganism organic manure by mixing paper production sludge with microorganisms such as the fermented product of food residues or the residues of a mushroom culture bed, and rice bran and ammonium sulfate for reinforcing the propagation of the microorganisms. SOLUTION: Raw materials are sludge which are generated in the final process of a paper-producing process, comprise fine vegetable fibers containing lignin, cellulose and ash, has a high nitrogen/carbon ratio and a water content of 65-70%. The microorganisms are microbes degrading the sludge, such as bacterial, actinomycetes or wood-putrefying bacterial, concretely the fermented product of food residues or mushroom fungi. Materials for reinforcing the proliferation of the microorganisms are rice bran and ammonium sulfate, a chemically synthesized fertilizer, as nitrogen sources. The microorganisms, and the rice bran and the ammonium sulfate for reinforcing the proliferation of the microorganisms are preferably added in amounts of 5-15% based on the raw materials.
|
