<p>While dynamic image data is inputted or recorded on a recording medium through a personal computer, the processing is often suspended, not following the input. When an input digital signal having an arbitrary number of sampling is converted to an output digital signal having an arbitrary number of sampling, the memory capacity and the computational complexity must be enormous by a conventional method. According to the invention, information on the place where the data is recorded, the time when the data is recorded, and the time when the data is to be reproduced is used to continuously process the dynamic image data by re-inputting and re-processing the data even if the image processing cannot follow the input.</p> |
