PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and simultaneously display and read plural Web pages through simple operation by smoothly expanding or reducing the Web page in arbitrary scale and smoothly rotating it at arbitrary angle. SOLUTION: A Web page arranging module 1 accepts a Web page display request from a user 13 and performs the management of coordinate to arrange the Web page and URL of the Web page or the plotting management of data or graphic except for Web page to be displayed simultaneously with the Web page. A Web page display module 3 receives a Web page display request from the user 13 through the Web page arranging module 1 and plots the bit image data of the designated URL on a display device 11 while utilizing a three- dimensional(3D) graphics controller 9 as general-purpose 3D graphics API. Besides, the Web page is expanded or reduced and rotated by a parameter applied to the 3D graphics controller 9, and plotted while designating the degree of transparency.
