PURPOSE: An out cover for an air bag is provided to prevent an emblem from separating while a cushion is opened and to regularly keeps the opening direction of the out cover. CONSTITUTION: An air bag mounted on an emblem(18) in an out cover has a second tear seam(20) formed on the center of an inside out cover(2) and forms a hinge unit(22) in lower upper end. The second tear seam is cut from the center to the upper direction and cut into the upper part and the lower part of the out cover along a vertical teat seam connected to both sides of the second tear seam. Then, the thickness of the hinge unit is thinner than the thickness of the out cover so that the out cover is easily turned over with a small load. Therefore, the load applied to the end of the out cover is dispersed. |
