PURPOSE: Apparatus of a small-sized single unit selectively generates a rotation power and a vibration power by using a single power source, is used as a termination warning part, and automatically performs a withdrawal/insertion of antenna. CONSTITUTION: A rotation power part(50) generates an input rotation power. A power transmission /conversion part(120,140) receives the input rotation power, and selectively outputs the output rotation power by reducing the input rotation power. Otherwise, the power transmission/conversion part(120,140) converts the input rotation power to a vibration power. The rotation power part is a single motor. Thereby, the rotation power and the vibration power are generated by using one motor, and a volume of apparatus is reduced, and a withdrawal/insertion of antenna is automatically performed.
