The invention refers to the radio engineering and may be used for registration of information by utilization of the deformation medium. Summary of the invention consists in, that in the photo-thermoplastic information carrier containing a support (1), two conductive electrodes (2, 5) between which there are situated photo-sensible (3) and thermoplastic (4) strata, the photo-sensible stratum (3) is made of the photo-thermoplastic material and the exterior conducting electrode (5) is made undeformable. The technical result consists in obtaining the phasic image in limits between the thermoplastic and photo-thermoplastic strata. Claims: 1 Fig.: 2 <IMAGE>
