PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile maintenance bill outputting device which can issue bills by providing several account closing date in arbitrary months through a year. SOLUTION: An automobile maintenance bill outputting device is provided with a customer information master file 20 in which the customer data related to automobile maintenance are registered and management files 21 and 22 which hold the sales and deposit slip data at every customer. The device is also provided with a means which registers the closing months and closing dates corresponding to the customers and customer data. When the device conduct bill writing work, the device prepares a summed bill 23 to a prescribed closing date by referring to the files 20, 21, and 22. When a closing month is registered, the device prepares the summed bill 23 to the closing date in the current closing month from the next day of the closing date in the preceding closing month by conducting the bill preparing work. |
