<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject ink capable of offering a field emission element having high field emission efficiency and capable of driving at a low voltage by including a specific particle, a specific supporting particle, an organic binder and a solvent making to paste-like. SOLUTION: This ink is obtained by including (A) a carbon particle having at least a six-membered ring, (B) a supporting particle supporting a part of the component A, (C) an organic binder and (D) a solvent and making to paste- like. Preferably, a carbon nano-tube, graphite, a powdery graphitized carbon fiber, etc., is used as the component A. Preferably, a size of the component B is at least smaller than a longitudinal length of the component A. Preferably, the component B is made of powder of a self-combustion material or powder of a thermally decomposing foaming agent material as a decomposable to a gas by heating or burning.</p> |
