PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent out of synchronism by detecting accurately a symbol synchronization timing even under a multi-path environment. SOLUTION: An AGC symbol insert means 102 inserts an AGC symbol to a valid symbol, a synchronization symbol insert means 103 inserts a synchronization symbol and a phase reference symbol between the AGC symbol and the valid symbol of a transmission signal, a correlation value suppressing signal insert means 104 inserts a correlation value suppressing signal such as 0 symbol between the AGC symbol and the synchronization symbol of the transmission signal, and a reception station side takes correlation between a received signal and a received signal that is delayed by one symbol so as to suppress the magnitude of the correlation value before the symbol synchronization timing and around a peak in the case of detecting the symbol synchronization timing.
