PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deburr a small-sized workpiece without the necessity of a pinch roller and to enhance the working efficiency. SOLUTION: A vibration generating device is provided with a vibration plate 17 which is wound thereon with an endless polishing belt 3, and a belt conveyer 39 serving as a device 7 for introducing and delivering a workpiece W, on which the workpiece W to be deburred is loaded for conveyance is provided below the vibration plate 17. The workpiece W loaded on the belt conveyer 39 is pressed and vibrated by the vibration generating device 5 so as to deburr the workpiece W. Thus, without the necessity of a pinch roller, the removal of burrs of a small-sized workpiece can be made, whereby it is possible to enhance the working efficiency. |
