<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably execute high-quality working even when there is a camber on a beltlike work by sucking the beltlike work to a working table by a sucking means, pressing by a pressing means and retreating the pressing means at the time of working work. SOLUTION: In the case that the beltlike work 1 has upward convex chamber, the convex part of the beltlike work 1 is pressed against a suction surface-plate with a projecting pressing bar 16. The beltlike work 1 becomes approximately flat, is further downward sucked by the sucking force of suction holes 10 and held on the suction surface-plate 9 in the completely flat state. The projecting pressing bar 16 is retreated with a air cylinder 19 and the beltlike work 1 is worked with the laser beam. In the state where the beltlike work 1 is sucked by the sucking means, the reached degree of the vacuum is detected by a means for detecting the degree of the vacuum and it is preferable to provide mode selecting means for selecting a 1st mode for operating the pressing means based on the output value from the means for detecting the degree of the vacuum or the 2nd mode for operating the pressing means regardless of the output value.</p> |
