<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a physical quantity of humidity, temperature, electric conductivity, a flow rate, gas pressure, etc., from the physical quantity transmitter by detecting the physical quantity and to transmit various states without increasing dedicated signal lines when transmitting the physical quantity and the various states. SOLUTION: A 1st physical quantity is detected by a 1st physical quantity detection part 101 and inputted from a 1st signal converter 103 to a control part 105. A 2nd physical quantity is detected by a 2nd physical quantity detection part 102 and inputted from a 2nd signal converter 104 to the control part 105. The 1st physical quantity is, for example, gas pressure and the 2nd physical quantity is temperature; and the gas pressure is compensated with temperature and outputted from a transmit signal output part with a transmit signal of 4 to 20 mA. A range which is regularly used and a range which is not regularly used are within the range of the transmit signal of 4 to 20 mA. The temperature-compensated pressure is sent out with the range which is regularly used. With the range which is not regularly used, an abnormality detection signal of detected pressure (actual pressure) or the physical quantity transmitter itself is outputted.</p> |
