PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photopolymerization initiator for high-sensitivity color filters by incorporating a sensitizer having a specific absorption wavelength region, a specific organic boron complex and a compound having a thiol group. SOLUTION: The photopolymerization initiator contains the sensitizer having the absorption wavelength region at 300 to 500 nm, the organic boron complex expressed by formula and the compound having the thiol group. In the formula, R1 to R4 respectively independently denote alkyl groups, aryl groups, etc. Z+ denotes ammonium cation, sulfonium cation, etc. The compound having the thiol group is preferably at least one kind selected from 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and pentaerythritol tetrakisthiopropionate. The sensitizer preferably contains benzophenones and/or 2,2'-bis(2-chlorophenyl)-4,4',5,5'-tetraphenyl-1,2'-biimidazole. |
