PURPOSE: A semiconductor is provided to supply back gate voltage controllers for preventing a leakage current caused when an analog switch is not used. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor uses a digital circuit(64). An operation mode controlling circuit(56) operates the digital circuit, by presenting a high level without operating an analog multiplexor(11a). The digital circuit is connected to an input terminal(94) and a terminal(96) connected with a digital power(VDD(2)). The digital circuit includes an inverter(98), a NAND gate(100), a NOR gate(102), a P-channel switch(104), and an n-channel(106). When levels of digital data are high, the digital circuit outputs a high level(the VDD(2)). When the levels of the digital data are low, the digital circuit outputs a ground level signal. The outputs of the digital circuit are presented in an external terminal(68).
