摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of a hardware locking part in the tire non-skid net wherein a filament material made by coating unvalcanized rubber on high tension synthetic fiber core material is preformed, and formed by means of valcanization and facilitate the manufacture by placing sacrificing core materials in juxtaposition inside the parts of curvature that become the hardware locking parts of a preforming mold. CONSTITUTION:Among the molding grooves 2 of the preforming mold 1 for filament materials 3, sacrificing core materials 7 are placed in juxtaposition at least inside the parts of curvature 2a that become hardware locking parts, making it a rule that the core materials 7a of these sacrificing core materials 7 should be of the same diameter and of the same material with the core material 4 of the filament material 3. Then, the filament material 3 made by coating the high tension synthetic fiber core material 4 with unvalcanized rubber is preformed using this metal mold. This juxtaposition of the sacrificing materials 7 can be performed either before or after the filament material 3 is proved. Thus, the strength of the hardware locking parts can be enhanced by molding a preformed product having the sacrificing materials 7 in the hardware locking parts by valcanizing it in a valcanizing and molding die to obtain a non-skid net.
