PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment, a clock, and a measuring instrument for diving with a display part that prevents outdoor light from entering a transparent window, and allows the display of the display part being incorporated into a case to be seen fully even when seeing the display from a slanting direction to the transparent window under water. SOLUTION: In a case 1, a transparent window 2 for visually checking the inside is provided, a display part 3 is put into the case while the display part can be seen from the transparent window, and the space between the transparent window and the display part is filled with a transparent non-conductive liquid 4. The refractive index of a transparent member is larger than that of air, thus reducing light reflection in the transparent window, and hence allowing the inside to be easily seen from a slanting direction. Also, the refraction index of most of the transparent members is larger than that of water (1.33). In this case, no entire reflection occurs in any direction, thus visually checking display from all directions under water.
