PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, manufacturing man-hours and cost of a case and to connect the place near a door with the case firmly. SOLUTION: In the air bag device M1 for a front passenger seat, a door 33 opened by the push of the air bag 10 is arranged on an inner panel 31. A case 21 stored the air bag 10 and inflator 15 is arranged on the back surface side of the door. The inflator 15 is provided with a main body 15a, brim 15c and male screw 15d. Two projected walls 37, 38 projecting facingly so as to hold both side walls 26, 28 of the case 21 are projected integrally from a door peripheral edge near the door at the inner panel back surface side. The combination of the lace near the door 33 with the case is carried out by inserting the inflator 15 so as to penetrate the case 21 from the projected wall 37 and tightening a nut member 18 and a spacer 19 from the projected wall 38 side to the male screw 15d. |
