<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible conductor and flexible conductive member which have good insulation. SOLUTION: In a conductive band portion 10, band-like copper foils 1 are laminated in the direction of their thicknesses. On both outsides positioned in the laminated direction of the conductor band portion 10, i.e., above and below the copper foils 1, 1..., stainless steel foils 2a, 2b are laminated respectively. Therefore, a flexible conductor 20 has a higher breakdown voltage in a vacuum than the flexible conductor comprising only the copper foils 1 to prevent its breakdown. Also, since the elasticity of each of the stainless steel foils 2a, 2b is nearly equal to the one of the copper foil 1, the displacements of the copper foils 1 are not checked at all.</p> |
