PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an endless belt with a uniform film thickness and to facilitate demolding from a coating mold by releasing an endless film by heat-melting a releasing auxiliary layer formed by means of a centrifugal molding method. SOLUTION: In this method, the inner peripheral face of a coating mold 1 is coated with a releasing auxiliary layer forming liq. and the coating mold is rotated at high speed to form a uniform releasing auxiliary layer 2 on the inner peripheral face of the coating mold. The releasing auxiliary layer 2 has a m.p. higher than heat-processing temp. of the coating liq. and lower than the m.p. of an endless film after heat treatment. The endless film 43 of polyamic acid contg. DMAC is molded on the coating mold 1 provided with the releasing auxiliary layer 3 by means of a well-known centrifugal molding method technology and it is made to a dry solidified condition, a semi-cured condition with 50% imidation or a cured condition with at least 90% imidation. Then, only the releasing auxiliary layer 2 is heat-melted without melting the endless film by heating to demold the endless film from the coating mold 1. |
