The switchgear includes a vacuum circuit breaker 1 that is disposed in a circuit breaker chamber 17 compartmented by a grounded metal plate, a busbar 4 that is disposed in a busbar chamber 19 and connected to the vacuum circuit breaker 1 through a conductor 3A, a cable 10 that is disposed in a cable chamber 20 and connected at one end to a load side, and a grounding device 5 that is operated by a grounding device actuator 6 disposed in a grounding device actuator chamber 18, connected to the vacuum circuit breaker 1 through a conductor 3B, and connected to the other end of the cable. The busbar 4 is formed by a solid-insulated busbar. The conductor 3A connecting the vacuum circuit breaker 17 to the busbar 4 and the conductor 3B connecting the vacuum circuit breaker 1 to the grounding device 5 are both formed by a solid-insulated conductor. The circuit breaker chamber 17 and the grounding device 5 have a sealed structure. |
