The sole comprises an absorbent middle layer (2) and nonwoven polypropylene surface layers (3, 4) on its top and bottom sides. A disposable inner sole placed inside a shoe in order to absorb foot perspiration comprises a water-absorbent material with good water holding properties, and the sole is designed to be disposed of once it has absorbed a given quantity of perspiration. The top and bottom sides of the sole are formed by nonwoven polypropylene layers designed to allow water to enter the absorbent layer. The material for the surface layers is less adhesive and has a lower absorbency than the material for the absorbent layer. |
