PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the construction method for a submarine buried structure in which a pipe can be protected excellently and construction work is facilitated when a seabottom ground surface is excavated and a pipe is laid. SOLUTION: An excavated ditch 20 is built by digging-down from a seabottom ground surface 8, crushed stones or the like are charged onto the bottom of the excavated ditch and a foundation bearing layer 21 is constructed, and a bearing member 27 is arranged onto the layer 21 and a pipe P is laid. Rubbles are charged to the underside and side faces of the pipe P and a rubble layer in fixed thickness is built, an asphalt mixture 25 is placed on the rubble layer and a bearing layer 22 is constructed, an upper covering layer 26 is executed onto the layer 22 and a top-face protective material 28 is installed, and bearing and protection to a pipeline can be conducted.
