PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling and keeping of FRP chips crushed into a predetermined size by enclosing the crushed FRP chips with a thermoplastic resin to form a dumpling-shaped solid. SOLUTION: A screw 5 is provided in a cylindrical body 3 having a material charging hopper 4 at one end thereof and a discharge nozzle 3b at the other end thereof and a material melting machine 2 consisting of the heater 7 for heating the cylindrical body 3 and the motor 6 for rotating the screw 5 is provided and FRP chips 5 crushed into a predetermined size and a thermoplastic material 16 are supplied to the material melting machine 2 in a predetermined ratio to be heated and kneaded at the melting temp. of the thermoplastic material 16 or higher by the material melting machine 2 to be discharged from the discharge nozzle 3b and the discharged matter is divided, cooled and cured to form dumpling-shaped fibercontaining solids 17.
