摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electrode to be improved in bonding strength and workability in a post-process without deteriorating a solar cell in characteristics by a method wherein a bus bar is divided into sub-bus bars in a direction vertical to fingers, and the sub-bus bars are partially connected together. SOLUTION: A surface electrode formed on an anti-reflection film is composed of a bus bar 6a and fingers 6b which are formed ramifying from the bus bar 6a at right angles. The bus bar 6a is formed in parallel with a board and nearly as long as the overall length of it, and the many fingers 6b are formed along the overall length of the board crossing the bus bar 6a. The two split bus bars 6a are connected together with electrodes 6c. By this setup, an electrode can be made thick and enhanced in bonding strength, and the split bus bars 6a are electrically connected, and a current can be collected from either of the split bus bars 6a. Therefore, workability can be improved in an after process.</p>
