PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase conversion efficiency by regenerating energy of a main reactor and a snubber capacitor to a DC power supply using a transformer. SOLUTION: A series circuit of a primary coil of a transformer TR for regeneration and a reactor L1 for suppressing regenerated current is connected to a connection between a diode Ds2 and a capacitor Co, and a connection between a reactor LM and the positive pole side of a semiconductor switch Q1, and a series circuit of a secondary coil of the transformer TR connected in a polarity as shown in the figure, and a diode Dr is parallelly connected to a DC power supply Ed. When the voltage of the capacitor Co becomes higher than the voltage of the DC power supply with the turning on/off of the semiconductor switch, the increase in voltage of the capacitor Co is transferred to the primary coil n1 of the transformer TR, the reactor L1, and the reactor LM, but part of the energy is continuously regenerated to the DC power supply Ed until the increase in voltage of the capacitor Co becomes zero. By this method, the conversion efficiency of the equipment can be increased. |
