<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheat flour composition for Tempura capable of obtaining Tempura coating having a good crispy and crunchy texture by blending rice flour having specific characteristics to a specific amount of wheat flour, and to provide Tempura using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The wheat flour composition for Tempura contains 0.5-60 mass% of the rice flour with an amylose content of 22% or more.
