<p>A method for producing sheet steel which comprises the steps of producing a crude bar by rough rolling, subjecting the crude bar to finish rolling at a temperature of (Ar3 transformation temperature -20°C or higher), to produce a steel belt, subjecting the steel belt to primary cooling, allowing it to stand for cooling, subjecting it to secondary cooling, and winding up the resultant steel belt, wherein the primary cooling is carried out with a cooling rate greater than 120°C/sec down to a temperature of 500 to 800°C.</p> |
