<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a user disregards power turn on and off operations of the device, the operability is improved and electric power consumption is reduced even though the user forgets to turn off the power. SOLUTION: When the power of the device and computers 101 and 102 are turned ON and the power supply of the device is turned OFF using a power supply switch 110, a power supply switch detection section 111 is turned OFF, a power supply controlling circuit 112 detects the power OFF of the switch 110, the operational result of the switch 110 is given a top priority, the circuit 112 notifies a power OFF to a power supply circuit 113 through the circuit 112 and the circuit 113 turns OFF a power supply output by receiving a power supply control signal 112a.</p> |
