PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparing method for designating and printing one part of a region in a page such as an image region or a graphic region inserted into a page. SOLUTION: A drawing region to be printed in a displayed page is selected, and partial printing is selected. When the selected drawing region is printed, whether or not the drawing region should be printed at an arranged position on the page is instructed, and when the printing of the selected drawing region at the position is instructed, print data for allowing only the selected drawing region data to be printed at the arranged position in the page are generated in a prescribed region in an RAM, and the generated print data are printed on a sheet. Also, when variable power printing is instructed, the varied print data are generated and printed at the prescribed position on the page. |
