When the nappy is worn, one end (15) of the nappy part (1) forms the rear while the other end (16) forms the front nappy part. The rear part (15) carries elastic side parts (2, 3) having fastenings (11, 12), the side parts (2, 3) being mounted on the two sides (7, 8) of the back part (15) and forming a belt with their other ends (9, 10), which are joined in one piece. |
