<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) bottle recovery system of a small scale which can recycle a PET bottle raw material easily and economically. SOLUTION: The PET bottle recovery system is provided with a PET bottle charging mechanism 2 with a function to prevent the bottle from being charged reversely, a fixing means 7 by a holding plate (22 etc.), for fixing the bottle 3, cutting blades 13 which are fitted in the longitudinal direction, are positioned vertically, and slide horizontally to cut the label seal 6 of the bottle longitudinally, a suction pad 8 for peeling the cut label seal 6, a cutting blade 4 for cutting/removing the cap part 5 of the bottle transversely, a bottle pushing cylinder 20 for dropping the bottle 3 with the label seal 6 and the cap part 5 removed on a crusher, a crushing means having at least a pair of crushing rollers (14-1, 14-2, etc.), and a PET raw material flake housing box 16 which is placed right under the crushing means and houses crushed PET raw material flakes 41.</p> |
