PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of misstatement or mishearing due to the verbal communication of monetory amount information from a customer to an operator, and to prevent any illegal operation by the operator in a telephone banking system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a voice responding device 4 having a function for recognizing amount information inputted by a voice or a PB signal from the telephone set of a customer and a customer's service device 3 incapable of inputting the amount information having a function for displaying the amount information. In this case, transaction can be processed without changing the amount information inputted from the voice or PB signal from the telephone set of the customer. |
